Came to Bowen TTDI due to pain at my mid back and neck which radiates towards my shoulder and arm/hand for the past few months. Consultation session was clear, concise and informative. The treatment provided was effective even on the first session. Hope they will be more improvement for my next session. I think what sets this practice apart from the others is that Ms Atiqah (Therapist) is extremely passionate about what she does as well as being attentive and caring towards her patients. Will recommend to people who are looking for pain relief treatment in Klang Valley.

I am so grateful to have discovered Bowen with therapist Ala. I started therapy looking to resolve strong neck and lower back tightness that was palpable and distracting in daily life. By the end of the first session, 70% of my neck tension was released and by the 5th session most of my lower back tightness and knots in my shoulders were also released. Ala even managed to release chest tightness (an issue I hadn't even noticed) and realign my hips. With a fascia-oriented stretching routine every morning, I am able to spend my days pain free now! As a therapist, Ala is calm and professional. She seeks to gain a holistic view of your routines and habits and takes care to remember the unique needs of your body. I have enjoyed my sessions with her and benefitted greatly from them. I strongly recommend Bowen with Ala to anyone who is curious, especially those who suffer from the stiffness/soreness that come from long hours of computer work.

My 2nd... The 1st time she managed to capture the problem and it healed well after 5 days. This is the 2nd time when I have stiff neck and shoulder. Her explanation is clear. Experienced my first treatment this morning. Though Hafi is a junior therapist, I was satisfied with his explanation and I could feel the diference - my stiff neck felt 'lighter' and the pain at my right foot has reduced. Definitely will go again for follow-ups.

I ve been going fr bowen therapy for 2 years with senior therapist Aazeen. At first it was for neck and shoulder pain..I noticed the pain was not that severe after few sessions and now its not an issue to me. Besides that...Aazeen also helps to manage my sinus and ear pressure issue. I used to have terrible ear pressure pain which last few days when I took flight but after bowen therapy days prior to departure...l suffer no more pain. My sinus is getting better too. Become a case study with therapist Nurul Atikah for 5 sessions. I have neck, shoulder, right arm and chest pain. Alhamdulillah therapist Nurul helped a lot to relieve the pain I was experiencing.
